Whether you are a woman diagnosed with diabetes yesterday or 30 years ago, PODS meetups offer you a safe, nurturing place that you can go for personalized peer support. Hosted on the third Tuesday of the month, at the Nevada Diabetes Association, our meetup is designed to offer informal peer support and education to women of all ages, with all types of diabetes. At each meeting, participants are encouraged to focus on their own health and share their life experiences with other women who understand their unique challenges, whether how to manage diabetes at college, how to juggle family responsibilities, work, sports, or changes in our bodies as we age. We would love to welcome you into our group. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org
